My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, although slightly small compared to the bathroom, were very decent and clean. The bed was huge, and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel's location, while near the reception area with no view, was convenient for accessing the town center. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist within half an hour. Breakfast was a typical continental spread, and the facilities were comfortable and well-maintained.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable with a wonderful view of the Alcazar de Segovia. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The location was perfect for sightseeing and exploring Segovia, plus being right opposite the intercity bus station was incredibly convenient. The dining experience was alright, but the breakfast area felt a bit cramped. Overall, a nice value for money option with some minor drawbacks.

My room was very decent, a bit old-fashioned but otherwise very nice and quite big. The bed was enormous, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. I also enjoyed the great view of the Alcazar from my window at the back.
